Most queries can be answered by reading our FAQ's. If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to reach out through the query form for further assistance.

For general enquiries, please e-mail us on hello@pharmacyonline.co.uk or use the contact form on our FAQ page. Please do not send multiple emails using the e-mail address and contact form, this will delay a response. E-mail is always the best and fastest to contact us. We aim to respond to e-mails within one working day.

Please note that the general enquiries team cannot deal with individual medical enquiries and can take up to 48 hours to respond to email enquiries. For urgent enquiries, please contact us by phone on 01419525918

Medical enquiries

To contact the PharmacyOnline.co.uk prescribers, please register or log in.

Once you are registered and logged in messages can be exchanged with the site prescribers securely (encrypted) in your My Account area.

When prescribers reply to a message, an e-mail is sent asking you to log in to view the reply.

THIS SERVICE IS NOT FOR EMERGENCY USE
