How do I use this medicine?
Before using a metered dose of Numark spray, shake well then lift the nozzle from the upright inactive position to the facedown active position. Ensure your head is vertical, and place the nozzle inside your mouth. While holding your breath, depress the plunger to spritz one spray into the back of your throat. For optimum results, spray the nozzle twice into the back of the throat every two to three hours, when required. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of eight sprays. Do not use for more than three consecutive days. If you don't see an improvement in your symptoms, consult your GP.
